School budgets received the voter's OK on the second try yesterday in Suffolk County in all districts except East Moriches.
In Southampton Town where voters rejected school budgets last month in reaction to increases in property tax assesments, school budgets for all 4 districts were approved by comfortable margins.
An anonymous organization opposing the budget sent postcards to voters in the Southampton School District alluding to excessive administrative costs. Actually the school district's published
figures show that administration accounts for about 9.5% of the 46 million dollar budget.
