The Rogers Memorial Library in Southampton reports that they have completed the collection of materials to be shipped to Avoyalee Parish in Lousiana. A truck will be leaving Thursday or Friday with supplies donated at various drop off points in the area. Materials were collected at the Parrish Art Museum, the North Sea Community House, Human Resources at Sacred Hearts Church and the Hayground School in Bridgehampton. The St. Johns Episcopal Church in Southampton has donated the funds to ship the material.

He & his fiance, Kady, safely evacuated with other family members outside the city. They have no idea if their home survived the floods.
Seth worked for ACORN, which is headquartered in New Orleans, helping the area's poor. Their offices are lost. Seth suggests sending donations to their Hurricane Relief fund for anyone interested in helping: acorn.org
